Do the bikes come fully assembled?
For safety and shipping efficiency, bikes arrive 85% assembled in a box. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We include basic tools and a guide to help you out.
What is your return policy on BMX parts?
We offer a 90-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a part has been installed or 'ridden,' it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
